Junior zookeeper Huddersfield

Have you got an animal mad child in the family that won’t stop going on about animals?  They maybe want to be a zookeeper or a vet when they grow up?

On the 5th of August I am hosting a zoo keeping experience day where kids will get to be hands on with a variety of animals, they will learn about animal care, conservation and animal biology in a fun way from a qualified and licensed animal educator.  They will handle a variety of reptiles, conures, frogs and an array of invertebrates.  They’ll also meet some amazing creatures (non handleable) like poison dart frogs, whilst learning about what we can do to protect these species from going extinct!

This experience is suitable for ages 6-12
